Hello, I’m Laura Perry,
I work with women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or disconnected from who they truly are.
Many of the women I support have spent years being the peacemaker, the caretaker, or the strong one, while silently battling anxiety, self-doubt, or fear of abandonment. Some are navigating marriage strain, betrayal, motherhood transitions, or the lingering effects of past trauma. Others simply feel exhausted from repeating the same relationship cycles and don’t know how to stop.
