I am trained as a Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapist. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy- a research based approach to couples therapy, in my work with couples. It is my passion to help you reach your goals related to your relationship. Relationships are challenging, I know, I've been married 29 years. They can be at the brink of ending but if both individuals want the relationship to work, it can survive. I can help with communication and conflict resolution. I can help if there has been trauma or affairs as well. The time of crisis in any relationship is very painful, there is hope.
In our work together you will learn: How to avoid the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. How to strengthen your relationship using the Sound Relationship House approach. How to do effective conflict resolution and how to handle the aftermath of a fight or regrettable incident. You will lean how to compromise and how to improve your friendship.
I know sometimes it seems hopeless and confusing. The Gottman method gives a wonderful framework that allows me to meet you where you are, gain skills that will improve your relationship. It is not a cookie cutter approach, just an effective research based way to get to a better relationship. Give it a try, it can really work!
