I have completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy- a research based approach to couples therapy, in my work with couples. It is my passion to help you in your goals related to your relationship. Relationships are challenging, I know, I've been married 29 years. They can be at the brink of ending but if both individuals want the relationship to work, it can survive. I can help with communication and conflict resolution. I can help if there has been trauma or affairs as well. The time of crisis in any relationship is very painful, there is hope.
You will learn, in our work together: How to avoid the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. How to strengthen your relationship using the Sound Relationship House approach. How to do effective conflict resolution and how to handle the aftermath of a fight or regrettable incident. You will also improve your friendship, the foundation of your relationship.
I know sometimes it seems hopeless and you have been confused about how to proceed. The Gottman method gives a wonderful framework that allows me to meet you where you are, gain skills that will improve your marriage. It is not a cookie cutter approach, just an effective research based way to get to a better marriage. Give it a try, it can really work!
