Thank you for reaching out for support. I help clients with grief, reprocessing traumatic events, relationship challenges, and anxiety and depression. I'll walk alongside you to process thoughts and feelings, and help you discover tools to make life more manageable and happier. I'm nurturing, experienced, and confident in helping you to gain insight on what is getting in your way of feeling well. My practice is a group practice with a couple of therapists who are all experienced, licensed, and very caring. We can connect you with the best match therapist for you.
