About
Parenting can include a range of feelings. Are you struggling to understand, parent and relate to your infant/young child (birth-six) and struggling to help them manage their big feelings and behaviors? Has parenting left you exhausted, overwhelmed or feeling hopeless? Are you experiencing guilt or shame for having these feelings? Let's get you out of that cycle. Your feelings, worries, hopes and dreams are important. And, so are your child's. We can create a space that will support you, your child and their developmental needs. We can work individually or with you and your young child together.
I have 15+ years of experience specializing in: perinatal mental health, including depression and anxiety, infant and young child development (0-6) and mental health. I offer a relationship-based, developmentally appropriate space for you and your child to play, explore and build connection which leads to a stronger relationship and improved mental health.
Parenting can be beautiful and one of life's most difficult transitions. I offer a safe, judgement free space to explore it all. Together we can address your challenges and worries-past, present and future, and help you and your child feel seen, heard and understood. We can work together to find solutions that are right for you and your child.
