I'm an LPC Associate, supervised by Hannah Grossman, LPC-S! I know that navigating the daily challenges of life can be exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating. I believe that counseling can be a positive, satisfying exploration of such feelings and challenges in a safe space. Clients I work with are often searching for a place to process their life circumstances, both past and present. They may be struggling with anxiety, grief, sense of self, relationships, or coping with change. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling seen, respected, and encouraged in their unique life journeys, no matter what that journey might be like!

Grounded in Adlerian theory and reality therapy, I view clients as being shaped by their experiences and as active agents in their own growth. I believe counseling is collaborative, and it should be a nonjudgmental space for clients to become more aware of their choices, patterns, and identity through self-exploration and reflection.

Sessions with me are based in empathy, active listening, warmth, an open mind, and some humor to provide support and insight. I aim to be as present and genuine as I can be! Sessions can be quiet and reflective, solution-focused and specific, or a little of both. I know going to therapy can be so scary - I'm here to encourage you in making that first step.
