I have great success in helping clients who struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, life adjustments, self-esteem, struggles in school, and more. While I do teach coping skills I like to work with clients and their parents to get to the root causes of their struggles to help facilitate lasting change.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist I have training that allows me to see the whole system and evaluate different areas that could be impacting a client's mental health. During my graduate studies I received training and supervision specific to children and play therapy (including art, therapy games, sand, music, etc.).
No parent deserves to watch a child struggle; however, parents are not given a guidebook to help them navigate their child's mental health struggles. I have the tools and training necessary to help you and your child overcome their challenges, bring peace to your home, and help your child thrive.
