My name is Payal pronounced like Pile. As a fellow human, I know life can be tough and unpredictable and way too easy to overlook the things working in our favor. I am experienced in helping clients navigate life changes whether at work, relationships, loss or any other hurdle that comes our way. I am experienced in addressing substance use, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. As a South Asian, I am acutely aware of how our cultural backgrounds can influence behaviors, thoughts, and experiences.
I take a person-centered approach while being aware of the many systems in which you live and function. I am experienced in digging down to root causes or focusing on immediate solutions. I meet you where you are, while also challenging you along the way. I welcome feedback from clients; I want to be of help in a that way works for you.
