About
Hi! I am so glad that you are seeking a little extra help. I value my clients and their experiences. You deserve a therapist that will provide a judgement free environment where you will feel safe and supported during your treatment journey. I am interested in- but not limited to- working with pregnant and postpartum women, survivors of sexual violence, as well as individuals with interpersonal/intimacy difficulties, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I received my Bachelors degree in Applied Psychology from Penn State University and my Masters degree in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University.
I specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder, Sex and Intimacy Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy, and Trauma work. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy within treatment.
I hope to have the privilege of working with you! My goal is to assist my clients in improving their quality of life through empowering and advocating for my clients. I strive to provide a warm and inviting space for my clients to feel comfortable, empowered, and safe.
