Choosing to explore therapy is a personal and meaningful step, and we’re committed to making the experience inviting, supportive, and effective. Our first priority is to create a safe and supportive environment where healing can begin. We offer a range of therapeutic approaches—including EMDR, IFS, and somatic practices—tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals. For those who find comfort in animal-assisted therapy, our therapy animals are available to provide additional support. Every person who enters our practice is seen, heard, and valued as an individual, and we work collaboratively to find the path that fits best.
Our practice specializes in trauma recovery, with all our clinicians trained in EMDR and IFS, the two leading modalities in this field. Central to our approach is the belief that each client is unique. By integrating empirically proven trauma treatments with a deep respect for our clients' individuality, we guide them towards a path of healing.
