In the 25+ years supporting adults, youths, and families, I effectively help clients tap into their own values and skills to increase positive thoughts & behaviors, achieving their desired goals (more happiness, less stress, etc.). I serve the entire lifespan with issues related to anxiety, depression and life changes with clients living in Vermont, Florida & Thailand in English. I have passion working with those transitioning into adulthood, those facing trauma, and neurodivergence such as ADHD & Autism. I also can support parenting issues. I only accept insurance for clients in Vermont.
I couch myself as a Humanistic Behavioralist: Knowing the therapeutic relationship is the foundation to promoting change as we plan new thoughts and behaviors into the future. I help clients with this process directly and indirectly. I work well with most youth, high functioning ASD and developmentally delayed clients.
