Groups
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training
Our DBT groups are currently available via telehealth! DBT skills training bolsters mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. This group is for individuals that tend to experience pervasive emotion dysregulation and impulsive or other high risk behaviors. Individuals can access this group via referral from individual providers (in or outside of the Pauquette Center) or by self-referral. Skills groups meet twice weekly. An intake process is required for new patients, and all patients must participate in a group screening process to determine if it's a good fit with your current treatment.
