About

Feeling stressed or overwhelmed by a situation in your life? Having trouble making sense of your situation? The ups and downs of life- and specifically family building can leave you feeling depressed, anxious, vulnerable, powerless, confused, and alone. I can help you to face these situations, to find the strength to make important decisions, and to learn coping techniques to help you manage and understand these feelings. No one should suffer in silence, and no one should have to face these feelings alone.
My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, and candid. Together, we'll use therapy to help manage the feelings associated with a variety of mental health issues. These include, but are not limited to- loss, unexpected outcomes, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, role transitions, and the far reaching effects of infertility.
As a licensed clinical social worker I provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a variety of mental health issues. I know that it is not easy to ask for help, and sometimes it feels like you are all alone (even when there are people around you). You are not alone- I look forward to speaking to you about your goals for yourself.
