Everyone has a story to untangle. What is yours? Sometimes life sends ups and downs -leaving you confused and overwhelmed. Situations like family building can leave you feeling depressed, anxious, vulnerable, powerless, confused, and alone. I can help you to face these situations, to find the strength to make important decisions, to untangle upsetting thoughts, and to learn coping techniques to help you manage and understand these feelings. No one should suffer in silence, and no one should have to face these feelings alone. But besides support, we will work and heal. If you are invested in healing- thats what we will do!

My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, and candid. I'll be real with you. Together, we'll get to work and use therapy to make sense of all the feelings.... and to feel better-wherever you are in life. We'll work through things like loss, unexpected outcomes, role transitions, trauma, and the far reaching effects of infertility.

I know that it is not easy to ask for help, and sometimes it feels like you are all alone (even when there are people around you). You are not alone. I'll dive in with you and work with you to find a way through and forward. I look forward to speaking to you about your goals for yourself.
