My philosophy about therapy is that it is just two people talking; one an expert and one a consultant. You are the expert. You know you better than anybody else does. My role is to assist and guide you in developing the expertise you have not yet recognized in yourself.
My goal is to provide my clients with flexibility, meeting in my casual office, walking while you talk, or perhaps even coming to you. I offer humor, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental approach. I am honored to hear your story and understand how it feels to open up and be vulnerable.
