I am a therapist and clinical supervisor for LPCs. I also provide professional consultation. I have experience and interest in helping individuals learn and identify strategies to manage and reduce the phases of life problems, symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and barriers that impact self-esteem.
