As an Individual and Family Therapist, I provide compassionate therapy for people experiencing anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, relationship issues, life stressors, transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I specialize in parenting coaching and child-family therapy, offering positive, respectful interventions to improve parent-child relationships.
