None of it means something is wrong with you. So much of what we struggle with now is what once helped us survive, which is why willpower alone rarely fixes it. I work with adults moving through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and addiction. I'm warm, honest, and genuinely curious about your story. Together, we'll get underneath what's been hurting, gently and without judgment, so things can finally begin to shift.
I want to understand the story behind your symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves. My work is grounded in trauma, attachment, and the nervous system. Together we'll notice the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn patterns that may still be running long after the danger has passed, drawing on psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed care.
I earned my MSW at Columbia University and am completing advanced training through ICP's Trauma Studies Program, with much of my work focused on addiction and recovery.
