About
I understand it can be scary and perhaps off-putting to reach out and seek counseling services. However, I sincerely believe the positive outcomes that may follow are well worth taking a chance. It is important to me to remain genuine and to always foster a safe space free of judgement. My first priority is always to establish a connection and a respectful relationship based on honesty, consistency and a sense of humor.
I focus on a holistic approach and believe in the benefits of integrating body, mind, and spirit to achieve overall wellness. I work with children and adults, and welcome working with veterans and their families. I'm a veteran myself and understand there are issues unique to those experiences. I'm also a bilingual counselor and can offer services in Spanish.
I'm passionate about physical activity. I have found that in life just like in running there are moments when you need to slow down, breathe, and take time to heal in order to get back on pace even stronger than before. I welcome the opportunity to support you as you rediscover your strength and take the first step towards your best self.
