I work with children and adults, and welcome working with veterans and their families. I'm a veteran myself and understand there are issues unique to those experiences. I'm also a bilingual counselor and can offer services in Spanish.
I'm passionate about physical activity. I have found that in life just like in running there are moments when you need to slow down, breathe, and take time to heal in order to get back on pace even stronger than before.
