I enjoy working with adults that have unresolved issues that often stem from their childhood experiences. Many of us often feel stuck or on repeat, often making the same "mistakes" or choices that leave us feeling empty and unfulfilled. Gaining insight to past experiences and working through past traumas can provide us with emotional freedom and clarity, which can lead us to living a more fulfilling life.
I have 22 years of postgraduate experience providing direct clinical services in both a community setting and private practice. My specialties include working with complex traumas, depression and anxiety. I also work with women’s issues that include pregnancy, infertility and prenatal and postpartum mood disorders.
I have experience working with a range of age groups, providing me the opportunity to fully appreciate and understand the developmental milestones throughout life. I am also a certified EMDR therapist, a specialized trauma based therapy that enables healing from trauma to occur both in the mind and body.
