From years of experience working in outpatient therapy, I have developed an eclectic approach to counseling- pulling from ACT, mindfulness based, solution focused, and nature based orientations. I specialize in treating anxiety related disorders, but work with many clients struggling with mood disorders, previous trauma, and difficult life transitions.
