I received a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UCF. I have varied counseling experience: working within an outpatient addictions program, a youth residential facility, a community mental health agency, the public school system, a substance use rehab facility, and private practice.
Utilizing a combination of therapy techniques (primarily EMDR) and a holistic approach, I assist my clients in uncovering their inner-strength.
