For over twenty years I have been helping people remove the blocks that get in the way of loving and living abundantly, enabling them to live with greater health and joy. My background in Somatics, Depth Psychology, Holistic Health, and Quantum theory has taught me to value the whole person.
As a Certified Life Coach, Licensed Psychotherapist, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I view meetings as an opportunity for co-creation, where the person and I pool our collective knowledge and discover inspired solutions for removing blocks that get in the way of joyful living, thus clearing pathways for dreams to come true.
