I am a very passionate therapist who has been counseling individuals since the year 2000. I am animated and authentic. I am dedicated to my clients and their healing. There is nothing more beautiful than watching people transform their lives from dysfunctional to functional and then to extraordinary. I feel honored that I get to do this very important work.
Clients can expect to feel engaged and relaxed during their first session as I am very easy to relate to and talk with. I am objective and nonjudgmental. I check in with my patients regarding how they feel our connection is progressing and I welcome them to let me know if anything about my approach does not "sit well" with them.
My greatest strengths are that I truly do care about my clients and them attaining their best possible outcome. The clients that I am best suited to treat are people affected by anxiety, depression and trauma. I have a lot of experience in these areas.
