About
YOU have a unique ability and drive towards health and wholeness mentally, physically, and spiritually, and to relate to others in meaningful ways. Due to various experiences or traumas, that natural process can become blocked causing depression, anxiety, and disconnection from others. I enjoy working toward establishing safe, fun ways to find FREEDOM to bring joy and fulfillment! I welcome the opportunity to help you in your journey!
How can one REALLY let go of hurts and unhealthy patterns? Through mind-body therapies, healing prayer, and attachment therapies I help couples and individuals RELEASE old ways of thinking and relating. I have devoted additional hours of study specalizing in resolving relational issues, attachment problems, sexual addiction, and spiritual problems.
I am passionate about creating a safe place for clients to grow! I would enjoy working with you to find the peace, joy, and “connectness” you have longed for. I work alongside clients to find the best opportunities uniquely designed to bring about change in their lives.
