My approach is based on years of extensive experience with individuals, children, and families. I maintain a safe and secure atmosphere where clients can work through a variety of issues. Each family and individual is unique. I provide a relaxed, supportive, and positive environment for success. Therapy begins with building a trusting relationship. Together we then set goals based on strengths and challenges while utilizing evidence-based practices supplemented with personalized therapeutic approaches to help meet your goals.
I help individuals to navigate through problems, set therapeutic goals, regulate emotions, and reach their fullest potential. In order to make meaningful progress, we spend time establishing a trusting relationship through reflective discussion. The client describes experiences ranging from daily frustrations to major life struggles, and we identify priorities for therapy.
I am specially trained to help complex children and families including integrative care with physicians and coordinating with school personnel to serve the unique needs of individuals. I approach each client with a genuine curiosity, not assumptions. It is a privilege to watch them achieve a sense of well being and enjoy greater life fulfillment.
