About
Feeling out of control and unable to manage everything including your own needs at times? Do you just need someone to listen and talk to? It’s okay & understandable how you may feel. You are now taking an important step to finding help. Changes in life can create anxiety, depression, a sense of loss, trauma, and stress. It is imperative to meet these points in life with healthy coping skills and tools necessary to strengthen resilience, boundaries, and self-knowledge. You really can reach your optimal mental health for a sense of long-term fulfillment and a sense of renewed optimism!
I practice a wide variety of approaches which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, expressive techniques, & mindfulness strategies. I can provide an evaluation and therapeutic support for children and adults who struggle with symptoms from ADD, depression, anxiety, grief, bipolar disorder and other mental health issues.
Life is unpredictable. No individual’s journey is exactly the same. Everyone isn't equipped the same way to deal with issues that occur along life’s path. This stands true regardless of age. Your journey doesn’t need to be taken on alone. I am here for you. I will provide an empathetic, compassionate, & genuine approach as we explore new healthy pathways.
