I consider it both a privilege and an honor to walk alongside clients during some of the most difficult and sensitive seasons of their lives. My therapeutic style is gentle, warm, and insightful, fostering a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth. As a trauma-informed therapist with over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, I deeply value the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit throughout the healing process. I take an integrative, holistic approach to working with individuals, couples, and families combining a strong clinical foundation with a compassionate understanding of the human experience.

I am passionate about supporting women’s holistic mental health and wellness. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly complex or childhood trauma. My work focuses on helping clients navigate challenges related to emotional regulation, grief, stress management, burnout, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

I am particularly attuned to clients dealing with medical trauma, psychosomatic disorders and chronic or invisible illnesses. I also have a special interest in supporting those who have experienced immigration trauma. For clients seeking a faith-based approach, I also integrate biblical principles into therapy.
