Deciding to come to therapy takes courage. Our moments of courage often come in the midst of discomfort, when all you may be clear about is that something has to change. I believe therapy can be the beginning point of change. A place to think out loud. A place where we can dump out the puzzle pieces of our lives and begin to make sense of who we are as we move through our world.

As a therapist, I provide a place of respect where individuals, couples, and families can discover the strength that comes from asking the hard questions as they face difficult choices. I want to offer a compassionate ear to clients as they trust me with their stories, while developing healthy, productive ways to live their lives.
