Do you ever wake up and think "How did I even get here?" Maybe you've only strayed a little from your path or maybe you're all alone in a world that feels alien, stuck in a life that feels completely wrong for you. Maybe you never had a path to begin with, because you've spent your whole life going where other people tell you to go. Most of us have a gap between where we are and where we want to be. I have 7 years of mental health experience: 2 as a psychiatric nurse, 2 as a crisis responder, and 3 as a counselor. I've helped hundreds of struggling people find their way. Together we'll examine not just your individual mental health, but also your overall wellness and how you're impacted by the people and systems around you. And then we'll make a plan.
Feeling lost can be stressful and scary, but you don't have to do it alone. As your partner on this journey, I'm going to let you drive, but I'll help you figure out a destination, assist you in mapping a route, and then accompany you into the unknown.
