I am an adolescent and adult therapist with seven years of experience. I focus on mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, and adolescents/teens. I have worked with young adults, women, and men as they face challenges at different places within their life spans. I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, Trauma Focused, Strength-Based, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT) modalities. To choose to commit to therapy is a decision that takes great strength, courage, and vulnerability, but it is also very rewarding. I feel that it is a privilege to hear someone’s story.
I believe in meeting you where you are in life and helping to guide you to where you need to be. This journey is about progress, not perfection, and everyone is capable of change if they are willing to change. My goal is for you to be able to learn ways to navigate challenges better, cope with stressors, and become a healthier version of yourself.
