Welcome! I am Paula St. John. I have been a Clinical Social Worker/ Therapist for over 20 years. I treat each person according to their individual needs but through the family lens. I work with all ages over 5 years as I have learned to adapt my clinical skills to the individual and their life stage and circumstances. Safety is important to me, so I work hard to build a therapeutic relationship and create a safe place for my clients to sense comfort even when therapy can be challenging. I am a Christian and want to reflect His grace and mercy no matter where you are with religious affiliations.
I use many different modalities in my clinical work. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment Therapy. I specialize in childhood and adult trauma, anxiety, young adult issues, life transition, and women and parenting challenges. I am a TBRI Practitioner and have years of adoption and foster care experience.
