Hi, I’m Paula Srock, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and couples, helping them navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their emotional well-being. My clinical approach is grounded in Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
