As a Registered Play Therapist, I help children, teens, and adults heal and grow through Sand Tray Therapy and Creative Art Interventions. Play and creativity allow clients to safely express emotions, build confidence, and develop insight without needing the perfect words. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, or life changes, I create a supportive space where clients of all ages can explore, process, and strengthen their sense of self. My office has a dedicated Play room, a dedicated Sand Tray room and office for more traditional talk therapy.
I help children, teens, and adults process emotions, build confidence, and cope with life’s challenges. Through play, creative expression, and evidence-based approaches, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore feelings, develop skills, and grow toward greater resilience and well-being. Also, I love to support parents as they grow in parenting skills.
I understand that we are all human and that every family faces real-life challenges—no one lives a perfect “TV family” life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported. Along the way, there will be moments of laughter, as well as gentle guidance to help you, your child, or your family be the best you can in the moment.
