I'm EMDR certified and specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, and self-worth issues. Whether you're experiencing emotional numbness, high-functioning anxiety, or struggling with the effects of past experiences, I provide a warm, grounded, and collaborative space to help you heal.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as Certified EMDR Therapist. I work extensively with Individuals, Couples, and Trauma Survivors.
