For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives. As a therapist, I bring warmth, respect, and genuine care into every session. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling weighed down by depression, anxiety, coping with addiction, supporting a loved one struggling with substance use, working through trauma, grief, loss, domestic violence, or women’s mental health concerns—you don’t have to face it alone. Outside of the therapy room, I am also a Master Reiki practitioner and End of Life Doula.

I draw from both traditional and holistic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, meditation, somatic healing methods, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll find the path that feels right for you.
