It takes a lot of courage to show up for yourself and acknowledge the parts of you that are in pain. Trauma often rewrites our internal narratives and this can deeply impact the relationship we have with ourselves. I believe that through therapy, it is possible to cultivate self-compassion and begin shifting narratives that keep us from embracing our fullest selves.
My practice is rooted in anti-oppressive values and I am to create a space that acknowledges systemic barriers while supporting your healing and growth.
I hold embodiment and relational safety at the heart of my work. Many of us have learned to survive by people-pleasing or shrinking to stay safe. Often this can mean turning away from the parts of us that are the most alive. Therapy can offer a space to practice authenticity and experience attuned connection while being our whole selves.
