| español My approach to psychotherapy is to help my clients understand their conflicts by getting at the roots of their wounds, so they are able to treat themselves with self-compassion and healing. The goal of therapy is to not only unburden the pain one carries, but to help transform inner negative beliefs and cultivate radical self-love.
I help clients to become aware of their attachments and to process their wounds. I assist my clients in identifying the negative cycles of their relationships. I believed that with increased awareness people can care for themselves and those around them.
