My name s Paula Odom, and I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker. I am a solution-focused therapist who has extensive experience working with adults (18-70) who are struggling with life transitions and unresolved trauma. I am a strengths-based, solution-focused Clinician with 30 years of experience. I am client-focused, and treatment would be based specifically on where you are on your journey and your needs. I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental, welcoming environment with my clients. It is important that you feel safe and supported during our work together.
I believe in treating people with sensitivity, compassion, and respect. I've worked extensively with adults who have a history of trauma, including the foster care system and other forms of abusive childhood experiences. As an Ally, I am also experienced working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
