Feeling overwhelmed, alone, disconnected, misunderstood? Are relationship issues, feelings of anxiety, depression and frustration becoming difficult to manage? In today's fast paced world, work loads are becoming heavier and technology is becoming one of the most common forms of communication. These things can have a negative impact on us. We all want genuine relationships. Gaining insight into ourselves is the best way to ensure that we develop relationships in a healthy and secure way. I work to provide an open and authentic therapy environment to help you identify concerns and help you address them in a supportive way.
Working as the Director of School Based Mental Health for UAMS for 22 years allowed me to grow Administrative skills while also providing therapy to children, teens, and Administrators with a wide variety of issues (including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, behavioral disorders, relationship, parenting and family issues.)
Training in several areas with focus in using CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Motivational Interview, Attachment Issues and Tele-therapy. I specialize in treatment of the following: social media issues, treatment of Administrators/Top Professionals Therapist (the therapist' therapist), couples therapy and family coaching.
