I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with experience supporting individuals facing mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, relationship stress, codependency, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed, and practical approach to therapy that helps clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and honest support. I use approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing.
In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, history, strengths, support system, and goals for treatment.
