Paula Lowe-Chin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Qualified Supervisor (LMHC-QS) who has over 15 years of experience working with others to help them grow and develop. She has worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Paula has also worked with clinicians to help develop them into becoming better therapists who are skilled as assisting others in their growth. Paula completed her Master of Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
In addition to working with clients from diverse backgrounds, she has also worked in many different types of settings to provide services including inpatient, outpatient, residential, corporate employee assistance programs, and so on.
Although there are many modalities that can be used in treatment Paula has been successful in helping others with eclectic treatment that includes a mix of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing.
