My clients are individuals and couples navigating desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunction, intimacy disconnection, and women's sexual health concerns: including vaginismus, pelvic pain, low desire, sexual trauma and menopause. Many come referred by their OB/GYN. Others have tried therapy before and found it too surface-level for what they're actually carrying.
I'm a Certified Sex Therapist and Brainspotting therapist, a brain-body modality that reaches what talk therapy alone often can't. I'm also Gottman Level II trained for couples work. My practice is fully affirming of all gender identities, orientations, and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+, ENM, polyamorous, and kink-identified clients.
Nothing you bring to a first session will shock me or change how I show up for you.
Your sexuality and joy are not problems to be managed. The goal is to understand yourself more fully and live with more freedom and connection.
