I am a personal Empowerment Coach. My purpose & passion is to help you break through and release the blocks that are stopping you from moving forward and living your best life. I am Certified in Life Coaching, Hypnosis, PSYCH-K, and Infinite Possibilities. I am a Reiki Master / Teacher and author, as well. My program utilizes a customized blend of these techniques to foster powerful & lasting change on an innate subconscious level. Sessions focus on self-esteem, prosperity, health/body, emotional well-being, personal power and healing from trauma, with a goal of uncovering needs safely and confidently as you create your change!
