Paula Jo employs eclectic styles to motivate and empower through the stages of change and assist in healing and emotional regulation. Working through talk therapy and/or art therapy directives designed to allow the client to get to the root of trauma and assist in the processing of that trauma. Paula Jo is an LPC and ATR (art therapist) and offers online telehealth and is skilled at working with clients struggling with narcissistic personality disorder abuse, death and dying, grief, anxiety, and depression. She has past experience working with co-morbid disorders, diagnosing, and treatments that are varied and fit the needs of the client.
