I have worked in counseling for 30 years, and have helped many clients build a strong stable recovery lifestyle, or achieve other goals that have really improved their lives.
My most common treatment approaches are Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Couples counseling .I have recently completed Gottman training for couples therapy. I work to help clients, and couples develop and use skills that will help them to achieve and maintain mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
I am a seasoned therapist who has served clients since 1989. I respect and honor all faith, and cultural backgrounds and am happy to work with people in the context of their cultural views and spiritual beliefs.
