Are you struggling with unresolved trauma that is now affecting you in ways you can’t ignore? You may notice that your past trauma is affecting your current life. If you're navigating the ways trauma can interact with addiction, mood, relationships, and the corresponding reckless behavior and identity deconstruction that can arise along the journey, I would love to help. I have extensive experience working with addiction and complex trauma and would love to walk alongside you as we take that first step toward healing together.
As a practitioner I have a strong reliance on Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As not all interventions work for everyone, I use a variety of therapeutic interventions that address specifically each client’s needs. The core to my treatment is building a relationship of trust and collaboration.
