Hello there. I have been working in the mental health field for 28 years and have been a therapist for over 24 . I have training in the following evidence based practices: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Structural Dissociation, EMDR. I work with adults who are interested in making positive changes and finding peace of mind. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and a certified psychedelic assisted therapy practitioner. I take an eclectic approach specifically tailored to your needs.
I offer a compassionate person in environment perspective to treatment. I have an in depth understanding that one size does not fit all and tailor interventions to meet the needs of my clients.
I believe in practicing what I preach and have been a receiver of therapy services as well. I understand how hard it can be to start therapy and address painful feelings, past events and frustrating patterns of behavior that no longer serve us.
