My name is Paula Inge-Linchim, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have been in private practice since 1992. I received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Arizona and National University in 1990, and my Master of Arts in clinical psychology from National University in 1992. I went directly into private practice, working side by side with my father, who was a psychologist and my mentor until his death in 2006. My current business name is Changing Directions Psychotherapy, LLC and is solely run by Paula Inge-Linchim, LMFT.
I have an outgoing, assertive personality, and I am dedicated to my career. I find that helping other people is extremely rewarding. Cognitive behavioral therapy is my main therapeutic technique, but I borrow from family-systems and Gestalt therapies to treat my clients.
I help my clients understand their triggers and emotional reactions, increase insight, and improve their interpersonal relationships for continuous personal growth and development.
