My name is Paula Inge-Linchim, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have been in private practice since 1992. I received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Arizona and National University in 1990, and my Master of Arts in clinical psychology from National University in 1992. I went directly into private practice, working side by side with my father, who was a psychologist and my mentor until his death in 2006. Cope Center was started by my father in 1976. The current business name is Changing Directions Psychotherapy, LLC and is solely run by Paula Inge-Linchim, LMFT.
I have an outgoing, assertive personality, and I am dedicated to my career. I find that helping other people is extremely rewarding. Cognitive behavioral therapy is my main therapeutic technique, but I borrow from family-systems and Gestalt therapies to treat my clients.
I help my clients understand their triggers and emotional reactions, increase insight, and improve their interpersonal relationships for continuous personal growth and development.
