I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho, Colorado, and New Mexico. My focus is helping teens and adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and life transitions.
I like to talk with clients about what they'd like to get out of therapy so we can set long-term goals. I also like to encourage clients to try to make 2-3 changes each week, whether that's trying a new coping skill or starting to think of things in a different way.
I love to engage and get to know my clients! I'm truly interested in their lives. I want to get to know my client's perspectives and where they struggle. I also want to help them get better so I like to gently but directly encourage clients to make goals and changes so their lives can improve.
