I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health world. I have live Tennessee for most of my life. I graduated from the University if Tennessee at Knoxville. I have spent a few years in Alaska and Oklahoma as well. I enjoy working with adults to help them become the best version of themselves.
I have experience working with trauma, end of life, depression, anxiety, self esteem, anger management, boundaries and stress. My experience in medical social work, dialysis, end of life, military, military children, and private counseling gives me the experience to determine how each session should look.
As I work closely with each individual client, I strive to meet them where they are, focus on their goals, and work with my client to successfully reach their goals and have a more fulfilling life. I use the skills I have to work with each client as they request, such as, using Christian principles if so requested.
